Winsupply of Manchester is searching for an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to help us grow our Plumbing, Hydronic and HVAC business in the Greater Hartford CT market area.
The Outside Sales Representative will help us meet our Company goals and objectives by professionally representing our team, aggressively promoting our products and leveraging our offered programs to qualified customers and prospects within the assigned territory
This position works closely with the Director of Business Development and Company President to drive business and increase market share.

Responsibilities Include:
Achieve sales growth, gross profit dollars and gross profit percentage as well as other assigned objectives in accordance with business goals established by company management
Cultivate new account sales and business, while further developing existing assigned account base
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by focusing on their business goals and exceeding their expectations
Present new and existing products during trainings and or promotional events
Seek, initiate and secure quotations for all customers in both Residential and Commercial markets
Write up and process orders in a timely, accurate, and complete manner
Compile and Report weekly progress to management personnel
Work closely with store resources to service customer accounts
Attend vendor product training sessions
Attend trade shows and sales meetings when required
Maintain the highest ethical standards consistent with good judgment, company policy and objectives.
Job Requirements Include:
Plumbing, Hydronic and HVAC industry knowledge
Previous Wholesale Sales experience a plus
Self-Managed Business/Market Development experience
Strong customer focused sales experience
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Presentation skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Valid driver's license, good driving record with proof of insurance
Knowledge of computer programs to include MS Office and Outlook
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
