The Sales Associate is responsible to sell and provide exceptional customer service, possess strong product knowledge, support achievement of sales goals, promote a positive work environment and participate in day to day operations and projects as assigned by store management.
Essential Functions
? Demonstrate professionalism, strong work ethic, integrity and respect for others to support an environment that positions Christopher & Banks as an employer of choice.
? Provide and model excellent customer service including strong product knowledge and sales floor awareness to ensure that all customers are greeted and assisted.
? Support the achievement of store sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
? Participate in visual and marketing execution and store maintenance as directed by management.
? Participate in the completion of corporate directives within designated timeframes as directed by management.
? Represent brand image through personal appearance and Company dress code expectations.

? Adhere to Company policies and procedures.
? No direct reports.
? Other duties as assigned.
Education
? High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
? Retail experience preferred
? Experience in customer service industry preferred
