Payroll Supervisor Job Opening in North Olmsted, Ohio - Foundations Health Solutions, a provider of financial and support services to over 70 long-term care facilities in Ohio, is seeking a Full Time Payroll Supervisor to join and lead the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and training the existing payroll team to ensure accuracy in all facets of the payroll cycle. This position will also be responsible for the issuance of W-2?s to all employees, assisting in the processing of biweekly facility payrolls, performing bank reconciliations as well as maintaining internal controls for the overall payroll process.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
A Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Business or relevant field or CPP certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years? experience processing payroll along with a minimum of 3 years' experience with payroll tax laws, return prep and filing at all government levels.
Extremely organized with high attention to detail in a fast paced environment.
Accounting; General Ledger & Bank Reconciliation experience.
Maintain confidentiality to promote confidence within the payroll process.
Proficient knowledge of compliance in labor and tax laws related to payroll as well as strong Excel and Word skills
Experience supervising and leading others a plus
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Experience with UltiPro a plus
