Description:
Performs a variety of accounting and bookkeeping duties per established policies and procedures.
Review all incoming invoices for appropriate documentation & approval prior to payment.
Respond to vendor inquiries.
Prepare deposits.
Process credit applications.
Assist in monthly closings.
Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
Assist with customer invoices.
Generates customer statements and prepares mailings.
Generate customer manifest letters.
Scans and file paperwork as appropriate.
Create file logs when needed.
Maintains systematic, accurate, and timely processing of all accounts receivable including, but not limited to, posting payments, processing deposits, and preparing credit memos.
Assist with various payroll function.
Assist with various HR function.
Assist with various operation function.
Position Requirements:
2+ years of experience in general ledger accounting, or strong Internship experience (journal entries, A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations)
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Fast learner; Ability to learn new software.
Good communication skills.
Enjoy working in team environment.
Ability to Multitask.
