Operations Coordinator Job Opening in Columbia, Maryland - Job Summary
The operations coordinator will provide support to the operations team. This includes Finance, HR, compliance, and research.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Contract Management:
Manage the company contracting system to ensure contracts are stored, signed, and sent back to vendor. Serve as a subject matter expect for contracting tool (Contract Works)
Pre-Approve all contracts and check for completeness before sending them to Finance Director and COO
Send to vendors for countersignature
Governance Affairs:
Work with managers and Finance Director to complete monthly deliverable dashboards and contractor description
Compliance:
Track privacy and security alert case
Research Subcommittee:
Provide support to committee by coordinating meetings and taking minute
Finance:
Track progress and organize finance bills on a monthly basis.

Outstanding communication skills ? both verbal and written essential.
Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills with all levels in the organization.
Possession and demonstration of high energy, flexibility, creativity and good judgment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office Applications, CRMs (particularly Salesforce), database and spreadsheet software.
Familiarity with Maryland healthcare industry preferred.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor?s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
