REPORTS TO : VP of Finance
HOURS : FULL-TIME
LOCATION : HEADQUARTERS - ROCKVILLE, MD

Essential Job Responsibilities:
Drive ongoing management reporting and assessment of the Company?s performance with respect to financial, operational and strategic goals and initiatives
Develop accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses, across multiple Ambulatory Surgical Centers and Medical Practices.
Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports for both internal and external parties.
Assure accuracy and integrity of earnings calculations and forecasting for Joint Ventures and syndicated owners
Be a key driver of the annual financial planning process and ensure Subsidiary budgets align with overall company strategies and objectives
Manages and continuously develops our data tools to provide timely information for decision making
Responsible implementing financial and operational metrics and KPIs.
Lead the annual, quarterly and monthly budget and forecasting process for all subsidiaries, including relevant and critical analysis and documentation of major variances
Partner with functional leaders to identify and drive cost savings across the business
Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures
Qualifications :
Bachelor?s degree in accounting or business administration with a concentration in accounting.
CPA required
Knowledge of general principles and reporting.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting.
Previous ASC experience - Preferred.
Experience in multi-specialty health care accounting strongly preferred.
Expert in Excel.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Detail oriented.
