Director of Project Management Job Opening in Mesa, Arizona - Community Bridges is the largest integrated healthcare provider in the state of Arizona. We are currently recruiting for a Director of Project Management.
Manages all aspects of complex projects from inception to conclusion. Responsible to plan, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on. Works closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer
Essential Functions:

Works closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.
Coordinate internal and external resources for the execution of projects. Resources may include CBI departments or personnel as well as contacts from the RBHA, state agencies, other providers, or health plans.
Ensure that all assigned projects are delivered on-time and within scope
Acts as the lead for project meetings in order to obtain updates and input from team members.
Developing objectives and establishing milestones, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensures that objectives and milestones are met, and established accountability when they are not. Communicates and coordinates with leadership team in order to resolve ongoing delays
Develop a detailed project work plan to track progress. Work plan will be saved on Sharepoint or other shared drive to ensure that all team members have access to most current revisions.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationships with all stakeholders
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
Responsible for monitoring the submission of contracted deliverables with the RBHA?s and other assigned health plans. Provides ample notice to those assigned to the deliverables to update and submit by the assigned due dates.
Coordinates clinical policy review and revisions. Manages the edit process, maintains originals, and ensures that the most recent policies are included on the intranet broken out by level of care.
Skills/Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree in management, business or a related field and
2 to 3 years planning and/or management experience, and/or
2 years of experience in project management or a related field; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
