Full Charge Bookkeeper Job Opening in Medford, Oregon - CPA firm currently looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team setting. Must possess the following skills:
QuickBooks and Microsoft Office efficient
Prepare payroll, schedule direct deposit, schedule tax payments, and quarterly payroll tax reports
Bank, credit card, and investment reconciliation
Post General Ledger (fixed assets, trial balance, etc.)
Produce monthly, quarterly, and yearly Financial Statements and Compilations
Accounts payable and invoicing
Year-end accounting such as W-2?s and 1099?s
Compensation will be dependent of skill set and experience. After a 90 day probationary period, benefits will become available.
