Vehicle Donation Associate Job Opening in Portland, Oregon - The Vehicle Donation Associate is responsible for overseeing all donation transactions. Provide excellent customer service. Retain the knowledge of the DMV rules and vehicle titling regulations. Responsible for intake of vehicle donations via phone, Email and Fax process and archive all DMV required paperwork.
CREDENTIALS, ABILITIES, AND EXPERIENCE:
Customer Service, book keeping and auditing a must. Previous experience in an automotive dealership environment is a plus. Be Fluent in Microsoft Excel, Access skills are a plus, not a requirement. Working with a non-profit organization is a plus. This position requires a valid Oregon driver?s license, clean driving record and the ability to lift 25 pounds. This position has the opportunity to move to a full time opportunity with growth.
