Oak Creek is a vertically integrated housing company who builds, sells, finances and insures affordable housing. We are now interviewing for Sales Consultants - 40K - 80K potential. *** Must be PROFESSIONAL and motivated with proven track record in sales and meeting goals. Must have strong closing techniques, telemarketing experience, excellent phone, communication and organizational skills. Sales Representative Responsibilities: Prospect for customers utilizing various prospecting methods; Assistance w/ placement of temporary signage in areas affected by flooding Set appointments utilizing prospecting as well as fielding ad calls; Develop marketing plan for reaching flood victims Effectively close the sale converting prospects to customers; TO (turn over) prospects to Manager when necessary; Follow-up with customers.
