-Full cycle accounts payable
-Setting up for payment, processing checks, handling direct deposits
-Resolving any invoice discrepancies, monthly reports, 1099?s, W-9?s, and certificates of insurance.
-Maintaining cash applications
You must hold the following qualifications:
-Recent full cycle AP experience
-Experience with revenue, invoices, and expense
-Must be detailed oriented
-Intermediate Excel and Word
-Strong customer service skills
-Excellent communication skills
