Wireless Sales Associate
As a Wireless Sales Associate you are the face of T-Mobile, representing our brand by assisting our customers and providing a personalized and exciting experience every time. You make decisions for and with our customers and our company. We expect our team members to create loyal customers, reach out to their community, support their teammates, and enjoy their work! We provide fun and dynamic products, and our team should be fun and dynamic too.
What does a Wireless Sales Associate do?
Drive the sales of T-Mobile products and services to new and existing customers, achieving and exceeding sales targets
Build customer loyalty by providing prompt and exceptional sales and post-sales service
Stay up-to-date on our products, services, promotions, and policies
Support your team members by example and actions
Be motivated, positive, and professional at all times
Meet and uphold company standards as it pertains to T-Mobile branding and customer experience

Strong communication skills
Open schedule for retail hours
Must be 18 and have a minimum of a high school diploma
We seek retail experience, but not an absolute to apply
