Located in the heart of Northwest Portland, this specialty pediatric clinic is hiring a part time Medical Scheduler! If you have recent medical scheduling experience and enjoy working around children, this is a wonderful opportunity. As the Medical Scheduler, you?ll be helping manage physician schedules and scheduling patients daily -- get ready to register new patients, prepare patient charts, request medical records, maintain the patient waitlist, answer and return phone calls, and maintain patient confidentiality. If you have recent medical scheduling experience and are looking for an ideal part time role, we want to set up an interview!
Recent Medical Scheduling Experience
Comfortable Using Multi-line Phone System
Enjoys Pediatric Clinic Setting & Interacting with Kids!
Part Time Hours, Monday - Wednesday, 8AM to 5PM
$14 - $16/Hour, Depending on Experience
