Requirements
The position:
In this role, you will work individually as part of a team and will be responsible for?
Performing outbound calls to targeted candidates
Researching candidates
Building rapport with clients and/or candidates
Selling potential candidates on opportunities to advance their career
Achieving weekly, monthly and quarterly goals

2+ years of recruiting experience are preferred
