Customer Service - Telemedic Support Job Opening in Bothell, Washington - Are you interested in a different way to deliver healthcare?
HealthForce Partners is seeking an enthusiastic, professional ?go-getter? to join our Customer Service team in Bothell.
This exciting position is responsible for coordinating immediate medical support between Physician HealthLine physicians and remote clients, via phone, faxes, and e-mail. Provide assistance to physicians during emergency and non-emergency medical consultations while documenting needs and requests into database. Duties include providing case services, such as medical referrals, obtaining medical records, and/or logistical support and coordination, under the supervision of a physician.
Other duties may include collaboration with our leadership and customer service teams in managing new and existing client relationships, including account set up, maintenance and billing, and may also include periodic participation in on-site delivery of healthcare services with a team at specific client locations in the Seattle area.
Successful candidates will be detail-oriented and possess excellent customer service and phone communication skills. Must be able to multi-task successfully in a busy environment, have intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Access and Word, as well as an exceptional phone demeanor. Office experience a plus; Certified Medical Assistant preferred!
Flexibility is essential since members of this service team support one another during absences. Candidates must also be available to work holiday shifts when necessary, and have a clean driving record.
