To be considered as a candidate, your work history must include medical reception in either a hospital or outpatient setting. This position requires someone who will interact with patients and colleagues in a consistently professional and courteous manner. In our office, you will register and schedule patients in person and over the phone, verify insurance, obtain pre-authorizations, process and document payments, utilize electronic as well as paper records, and guide and educate our patients through their healthcare experience. Additional key qualifications include experience with health insurance plans and policies, strong keyboarding skills, and the genuine desire to contribute to a dynamic and talented team.
