This is a work from home opportunity ONLY. Candidates must have a home office available where they can speak privately, without interruptions.
Job Responsibilities:
Top priority is to dial outbound to timeshare owners to gather information and set up appointments
Position may also require answering inbound calls as needed
Respond to customer correspondence in a timely manner
Manage a list of clients to contact daily in regards to setting up appointments
Complete weekly role-play sessions, company call and mandatory quizzes as part of the position
Update customers on the process of their appointment
Process documents, emails and any messages that require immediate attention
Accurately enter information into the company?s database on customer accounts
Use provided training materials and job tools to quickly and accurately resolve customer issues
Speak with customers and vendors on the phone while entering in notes
Various other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Must be MOTIVATED!
Excellent communication skills are a MUST- show it from the get-go! We need folks who can demonstrate they are reliable working from home as well as quickly communicate with the team and management
High School Diploma
Must have a home office available where they can speak privately
Position is a 1099 Independent Contractor
Must have flexibility in position hours
At least two years of sales and customer service experience
Familiarity with blended call dialing- both inbound and outbound
Starting on the Outbound team, each representative will work 1 Saturday per month
If performance is strong, the opportunity to be promoted to inbound; inbound team members will work 2 Saturdays per month (higher commission structure on inbound)
Proficient with Microsoft Office and web meetings
Working from home experience preferred

Hours:
Hours are between 9:00am EST - 9:00pm PST (M-F) and 9:00am EST - 6:00pm EST Saturdays
Full Time positions desired (40+ hours) / Must have a flexible range in hours listed above to work
Pay:
Weekly UNCAPPED commissions with a competitive hourly base
Weekly/Monthly Bonuses
Weekly pay on Wednesdays by direct deposit
