Job Summary:
The Client Relations Manager (CRM) works closely with commercial landscaping accounts in an assigned territory. CRM?s overall mission is to build relationships and exceed expectations.
Communicates weekly with each client of each property to ensure high quality and service expectations are met.
Establishes and continually builds relationships with clients thru meetings, phone contact, emails and annual evaluations.
Quickly responds to client inquiries.
Proactively assists in resolving issues with customer service when needed.
Communicates and reports directly to Director of Business Development.
Continually assesses each property ensuring properties are within the Rivertop standard. (i.e. correct mow height, correct string trimming, correct edging, correct blowing of all surfaces, clean beds free from weeds, etc.)
Drives/maintains work vehicle
Proactively presents and sells site enhancement (work order) ideas to clients. (i.e. Shrub/tree replacements, shrub/tree removal, mulch applications, drainage issues/repairs, sod replacement, etc.)
Writes, emails, and follows up with estimates for clients.
Measures properties for landscape estimates.
During daily route, stops in and cold calls prospective clients in our service area and reports new leads to Director of Business Development.
Identifies and communicates business development opportunities to Director of Business Development.
Communicates directly with crew leaders, communicating client requests and any corrective actions found during daily inspections.
Establishes and maintains relationships with each crew.
Trains and educates crew of Rivertop policies and procedures.
Work :
Work 10+ hours per day
Horticultural knowledge strongly desired
Proficient with Excel, Word, CRM database basics
Valid drivers license and ability to drive excessive miles (at times)
Self starter
Excellent written and personal communication skills
