Core Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify sales opportunities from cold calling
Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on products
Manage, track and follow up on sales leads by phone and email communications
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Keep daily record of calls and information requests sent, generate end of day activity report
Accountable for achieving specific sales objectives, minimum of 100 calls per day
Additional Responsibilities
Answer Phones
Capability to understand issues, make appropriate recommendations and develop new business opportunities accordingly.
Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.
Required Experience
Ability to use a computer to maintain records, to prepare correspondence, and for communication purposes
Microsoft Office Experience Required
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role that demands sitting for long periods of time. This job requires frequent use of hands, and repetitive movements.
Travel
Infrequent, 0% to 1% overnight travel as needed. Occasional domestic/local (back by end of day) travel required.
