Part-time Bookkeeper Job Opening in New York, New york - We are a well-established, global public relations company in need of a part-time bookkeeper in our New York office. This individual must be able to work from our SoHo office, and the position would require 20-25 hours per week. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process. We have a strong company culture and are looking for someone to join our tight-knit team.
Responsibilities:
-Process and reconcile employee and client expenses
-Manage and track monthly invoices
-Process miscellaneous company bills
-Liaise with our head financial department in London
Requirements:
-Formal education in accounting or related field, though a relevant work history will also be taken under consideration
-Strong writing and communication skills
-Ability to prioritize and multitask
-Attention to detail
-Proficiency in Google Drive, Microsoft Office Suite
-Experience (or working knowledge of) the public relations industry a plus
