Ashfield Healthcare is currently looking for Registered Nurses to fill growing clinical teams who represent our Pharmaceutical clients to consumers and other healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:
Being part of a patient support program for patients and families, by providing drug and disease specific information with a focus on drug compliance
Identify and report adverse events and product complaints as outlined by client guidelines
Accurately collect information required by individual programs and correctly capture in specific program databases
Manage and utilize all telecommunication equipment effectively
Converse with callers in an empathetic manner and assist the callers in understanding medical terminology, as needed
Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by following the guidelines set forth in the Privacy and Security Rules of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
Meet and exceed quality and productivity standards for all client programs while adhering to program scripts and guidelines
Skills/Experience Required:
Active RN license in good standing
Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills
Effective organizational skills
Competency and comfort with a computer ? basic computer knowledge - keyboard and mouse, copy and paste, toggle, highlighting, etc.
Pleasant, empathetic and articulate phone manner
Must be able to be flexible with schedule as needs could include occasional weekend and/or evening hours.
