Home Health Scheduler Job Opening in Saint Marys, Pennsylvania - Coordinate/assign visiting disciplines to patients including but not limited to: nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, medical social services, dietician, and home health aides. Coordinates schedules between multiple providers and disciplines to assure optimal patient care, efficient utilization of services, and compliance with physician orders.
*Experience:
Prior home health care, referral intake, or relative work experience in health care industry preferred.
*Required skills:
Must have proven ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
