Is considering Sales Representatives in the geographical area of Middle TN, Southern Kentucky and beyond, reporting to the Nashville office.
Isenhour Door Products, Inc. and Isenhour Door Installation Solutions, LLC is a leading supplier of Division 8 products to the geographical area and the United States. With global product brands such as Allegion, ASSA- Abloy, Dorma Kaba, Nabco, Tormax, and Boon Edam, we offer complete pedestrian, industrial, and high-performance door solutions. We provide a wide number of products and services to the market place.

Responsibilities:
Sales Representatives are responsible for prospecting, estimating, pricing, providing quotations, relationship selling, and the development of a geographic sales area.
This position will be responsible for order processing, shop drawings, architectural submittals, change orders, and job releases.
Sales Reps will canvass Bidding Networks, join industry organizations.
Establish relationships with Glazers, General Contractors, and End-users to negotiate the selling of automatic doors.
Work closely with our Architectural and Service Sales Teams to promote sales through specifications.
Train on factory products, prospecting, and to have an understanding of door hardware and electric door hardware.
The minimum candidate requirements are:
Two years? experience in an outside sales role.
Knowledge of the Construction Industry is key.
A proficiency in reading plans, specifications, and a working knowledge of Storefronts and Door Hardware are favorable.
An established network of relationships in Retail, Healthcare, and Hospitality is recommended.
Understanding of the install process of doors.
Other Requirements:
Must possess the ability to present as a professional with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and an intense desire to work in the automatic door business are a must.
This position demands a results-oriented approach coupled with high-energy, reliability, and personal discipline.
Computer minimums: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Outside sales in same or similar industry preferred. Successful commercial construction sales experience is preferred.
