Summary/Objective
Support Controller and Accounting Supervisor in carrying out the responsibilities of the Accounting Department.
Key Responsibilities
Many Balance Sheet general ledger accounts to include:
Reconcile insurance general ledger accounts
Reconcile credit card general ledger account
other GL accounts
Review monthly profit & loss statements
Review monthly fuel inventory reports
Prepare monthly analysis reports
Assist with preparing yearly budget
Perform other task, projects
Skills and Abilities:
A bachelor?s degree in accounting is preferred
Two years accounting experience
Knowledge of accounting principles
Must be skilled in use of Microsoft Office along with experience of - Excel Spreadsheets/ any data base
Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills
Multi-tasking, prioritizing and organizational skills
Able to be a team player
