Bookkeeper (part-time) Job Opening in Woodbridge, Virginia - The Metro DC-Virginia State Referee Program office in Woodbridge, VA, has an immediate opening for a permanent, part-time/hourly bookkeeper. Must have background with experience in the latest versions of QuickBooks and Excel. Detail-oriented and reliable. Some college preferred.
Duties include but not limited to:
Reconciliation of bank statements
Payments and reimbursements to program participants
Preparation of financial statements and reports
Receive and record checks and cash
Make bank deposits
Purchasing and ordering supplies
Filing
Support to office manager as needed
Flexible schedule available. Pleasant, casual work environment. Good for mom of school-age kids or retired professional.
