Finance Personnel Director Job Opening in Madison, Virginia - Seeking a numbers person with great people skills! A mission driven non-profit community action agency in Madison VA, has an immediate opening for a Finance and Personnel Director who will easily handle an already established system, budget problem solving, personnel planning and strategizing to achieve our mission. The successful candidate will work to foster a positive working environment and be quick to connect with others. In this position, you must have a demonstrated competency in managing a full-charge fund accounting system (MIP) and personnel functions, including implementation of related policies and procedures, and federal grant management. Preferred degree in accounting or related field, or 10-15 years of related financial experience/training will be considered. Supervisory experience is required.
