Snowboard Sales Job Opening in Killington, Vermont - Basin Sports is hiring for snowboard sales people! This position will require current knowledge of men's & woman's snowboard gear (boards, boots, bindings) along with knowing the technical differences in shapes, sizing and camber profiles, and being able to provide exceptional customer service. This job requires someone who is both technically skilled and who has friendly sales experience with the ability to sell anything Basin carries. If you rode 400 days in the last year, you're our guy/gal.
Responsibilities
Work with a team of individuals to help every customer we come into contact with
Consciously strive to improve upon knowledge base and expertise with regards to product information
Give educated, un-biased advice to assist in customer purchases
Be an active part of the Killington community by working Basin events and parties
Resolve customer related issues quickly, efficiently and happily
Look for new ways to go above and beyond the expectations of our customers
Assist in maximizing store efficiency by minimizing labor expenses with time management skills and effective decision making
Qualifications
Experience selling snowboards, boots, bindings, snow accessories, soft goods etc. is a must
Multitasking in a high energy, fast-paced environment
