Showroom Sales Coordinator Job Opening in Williston, Vermont - We are looking for an energetic, positive and engaged individual to be the Showroom Sales Coordinator, to assist the Showroom Manger with sales and customer interaction as well as handle the administrative duties associated with Showroom Sales.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers as necessary to back up Sales Manager
Work with customers directly for purchasing of product that meets their individual tastes and requirements
Process orders as developed by Sales Manager and Customers
Process orders and change orders received via email or phone
Check Data accuracy in orders and invoices
Assist Sales Manager with Job Quotes/Bids process
Schedule Showroom appointments for walk-ins and calls received
Place special order PO?s as necessary
Follow up with customers and prospects on open quotes and bids
