Experience is extremely important for this position. You must have prior automotive experience and prior sales manager experience is heavily weighed although not essential.
Who Would I Interact With?
This position interacts daily with Customers, Finance Managers, Sales Consultants, general office staff, General Manager and Owners.
Requirements:
3 years of Automotive Sales experience
Strong personal integrity and business ethics
Positive attitude
Ability to provide strong customer service
Ability to communicate professionally with customers, management, and co-workers
Strong organizational and time management skills
