Our team is currently looking for an experienced Parts Sales Associate to keep up our level of commitment to customer service. In this role, the successful candidate should have trailer and truck parts knowledge, a record of building customer loyalty and the ability to thrive in a team atmosphere. Be friendly, professional and efficient when working with all customers, either in person or over the phone. Strong computer and communication skills required. Paccar parts training provided, Travel based out of Colchester office, Base Pay plus commission. Some of the responsibilities for this position are listed below, * Providing parts support to the service department
*Meet/greet customers in person or on phone in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner providing price quotes and other information.
*Ensure appropriate parts are obtained for required vehicle repairs, Informs customers of companion part requirements.
Utilizing OEM software to locate and price parts
*Maintain documentation, including PO, invoices, work orders, reports, etc
Scheduling parts pick-up and deliveries
*Take ownership and accept accountability for delivering outstanding service levels
*Lift and move objects that may exceed 50 lbs. We are willing to train the right enthusiastic person.
