Inland Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine Clinic is growing with the addition of another orthopaedic surgeon. We are seeking upbeat, reliable individuals who are looking for a long-term career in the healthcare field that possess a solid understanding of medical terminology, good customer service skills, phone experience, good written/verbal communication skills and willing to go the extra mile for our patients. Position is available at our Pullman location but travel to our Moscow location will be required as well. This position is a full-time; year round position and applications will continue to be accepted until positions have been filled. We encourage applicants with clinical experience in office setting to apply - this includes ATC's, CMA's and CNA's.
Clinical duties will include rooming patients, taking patient histories and vitals, removing sutures, preparing injections, verifying images are available and loaded, assisting with cast removal and application, assisting with patient education, maintaining efficient patient flow, and cleaning exam rooms between patients.
Office duties will include pulling and prepping charts for upcoming visits, filing, answering phones, returning messages for providers, calling in prescription refills, preparing PT orders and scheduling therapy, assisting with various patient paperwork (time off slips, disability parking, disability insurance forms, worker?s compensation forms, etc.), stocking exam rooms, and medical supply inventories and ordering.
