Accounting & Finance Intern Job Opening in Brazil, Indiana - Accounting Intern
Start Date: September 15
Currently hiring a team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills, who is willing to assist in the management of financial data for multiple small companies. This internship has the potential to lead to a long term position.
Primary responsibilities: Assist in the management and processing of accounting functions
Vendors & accounts payable, customer billing & accounts receivable, credit control & collections.
Work closely with all departments to ensure accuracy of financial data & implementation of internal controls
Assist in the management of weekly payroll
Provide clerical support in the main office
Job Requirements
This position requires strong technical communications skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, resourcefulness, team spirit, and determination. Additional requirements include:
*Excellent analytical skills
*Ability to match business needs with accounting standards
*Solid MS Word and Excel skills
*Sage 50 accounting or willingness to learn.
*Currently pursuing a bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance with accounting experience
