In this position, your time will be spent executing the following functions:
Plan and manage the preparation and review of SEC reports (Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K), and other external reports such as proxies and earnings press releases.
Plan and manage the coordination and consistency of data in SEC reports, earnings press release and analyst calls scripts.
Prepare the overall calendar for external SEC reports, including key dates and deliverables; monitor progress.
Prepare overall task list for underlying supporting documentation for external SEC reports; including the identification of new disclosure requirements.
Complete the external SEC reporting disclosure checklists.
Support the external and internal audit requests and inquiries related to SEC reports.
Oversee efforts to streamline and conform processes required for gathering footnote disclosures and other disclosures.
Administer & properly account for the Company's equity compensation plans, including necessary SEC filings.
Prepare global communications on the impact of new reporting needs.
Prepare white papers on technical accounting issues and provide technical accounting assistance to the global organization.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA (active status).
Experience with Workiva and Certent will be a plus.
Exposure to foreign currency transactions and global consolidations at a multi-national public company is a plus.
Strong financial process experience, including financial close, reporting, internal controls, experience with Sarbanes-Oxley and working with independent auditors.
A pro-active, process improvement mindset is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $80,152.00 to $97,375.00 /year
