POSITION PURPOSE:
To support executive financial decision making by analyzing, reforecasting, identifying, maintaining, evaluating and sanitizing financial and costing data.

Essential Functions
Provide Keter meaningful business insights to optimize executive financials decisions, through rigorous analysis of the standard costs vs actual costs.
Undertake tracking and analysis of Keter?s financial initiatives to ensure that they are delivering against key measures of success.
Ensure all variances (errors and exceptions) are sanitized and clearly understood, explained
Support Keter in financial aspects of business profitability by providing a full standard value analysis, including cost of goods, logistics and selling, general and administrative (SG&A)
Support capital expenditure proposals, undertaking post implementation reviews to analyze performance of capital projects against expectations
Record Keter?s periodic financial statements using different modules (sales, stock, purchases, assets etc.) by different views (BU, customer, supplier, item, geographic area etc.)
Benchmark Keter?s processes and performance to other companies, and internal benchmarking within different entities in the group.
Analyze variances between actual costs and estimate costs, focusing on cost of goods sold (COGS).
Participate in Keter?s SAP implementations within the plant and planned working methods.
Create managerial forecasts that includes plant targets vs Business Units forecasts.
Create inventory cycle reports (raw materials (RM), semi-finished goods (FG) and FG vs sales vs purchases).
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
Build good working relationships with key stakeholders in order to understand the business and the business needs
Develop strong relationships with Group functions and other divisional analysts in order to share knowledge, ideas and best practice
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
BSc ? Accounting / Finance or MBA, Accounting / Finance
1-3 years of experience in costs analysis, value optimization and financial analysis in a mid- large manufacturing company
1-3 years of cost accounting, data integration, inventory costing, forecasting based on strong data integrity
1-3 years of monthly and quarterly financial statement and cash flow analysis
1-3 years of controlling and monitoring the standard cost system, and setting variances to allow a better understanding of profitability despite seasonality.
1-3 years providing insights to Executive Finance teams to optimize profitability at the corporate level and help critical decision making for Executive management.
2-5 years of exceptional Excel and analytic skills - Fluent in excel- V-lookups, Filters
Minimum 2 years previous experience in financial and costing analysis
Ability to manage and manipulate large volumes of data
Proactive in looking for opportunities to drive improvements
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Highest standards of accuracy and precision
Excellent communications skills at all levels (written and verbal)
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Excellent ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Excellent ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Excellent ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
REASONING ABILITY:
Excellent ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Excellent ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Excellent analytical skills.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Excellent (savant-like) ability to work with financial, statistical, mathematical concepts such as costing, probability, and statistical inference
Advanced awareness of modeling and analytical techniques
TECHNICAL/COMPUTER SKILLS:
1-3 years providing ongoing financial support to corporate Business Units using a variety of Business Intelligence systems for example?Oracle BI/Hyperion; IBM Cognos / Microstrategy, SAP-Netweaver / HANA / Business Objects, WebFocus, Microsoft SQ Server BI, OLAP / MOLAP etc
Microsoft Office applications STAR
Binary and Open Source, OS and mobile applications experience
Fluent in excel- V-lookups, Filters
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
in Accounting a plus
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Excellent problem solving skills to analyze
