Hotel Night Auditor Job Opening in Indianapolis, Indiana - Night Auditor
The Night Auditor is responsible for balancing and the audit for accuracy of room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier's reports, guest and house accounts. This position will also assist with the preparation of all reports relevant to daily revenues. You will also assist with the shuttle, and 24 hour cafe'
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Completing and transmitting accounting reports and supporting documents
Act as hotel system liaison during night hours and perform all Guest Service Representative functions as required
Carrying out the functions of Manager On Duty as required
Completing MOD reports and sending out to all staff members
Driving the shuttle van when needed
Assisting guests with luggage when needed
Answering and transferring all incoming phone calls to the hotel and MOD phone
Assist in booking room reservations
Must be willing to go above and beyond for our guests and have a professional, positive attitude
Other duties as assigned by management
Previous experience with Opera a plus, but not required.
Must have the ability to work overnight on a full time basis
Must have previous cash handling experience
Current driver?s license
