Musculoskeletal Clinical Regulatory Advisers, LLC (MCRA) is an orthopedic consulting firm providing advice to companies wanting to commercialize their medical devices in the United States. MCRA is creating a database of all companies within the worldwide orthopedic industry and need a data entry clerk who will complete the database with relevant information such as, product lines, devices in clinical trials, contact information, etc. The ideal candidate would have the ability to review technical reports and financial statements to aid in developing industry research reports. This includes extracting relevant information from financial and industry data.
Job Purpose:
Maintains orthopedic company database by entering new and updated company & industry information. Analyzes industry information for company research reports.
Duties:
Gather relevant source data from company websites, press releases and product catalogs. Enter company data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
Enter source data into online contact management database (CRM).
Utilize CRM database to extract relevant information for industry research reports
Generate analytical statistics based on information found in company database and market research report regarding the industry * Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Knowledge or background in finance/accounting is a plus
Must have intimate and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
