Presenting New & Used Vehicles to prospective customers in a friendly & professional manner
Performing vehicle walk arounds & demonstration test drives with Prospective Customers
Working with Sales Manager in order to present Purchase or Lease options to prospective Customers
Prospecting for new Customers & Customer Referrals
Handling Customer email, phone & internet leads
Making sure new & used vehicle display area is neat, clean and orderly
Presenting vehicle features & options to Customer
Maintaining Chrysler Customer Satisfaction & Chrysler Sales Training Requirements
Job Requirements
High School diploma
Sales Experience a plus, but we are willing to train the right Candidate
Must have a valid driver?s license
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
A fast learner with excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent Customer Centric Skills
Ensures Customers are treated with respect
Must be a helpful Team Player
Maintain a neat, clean and orderly work station
General knowledge of automobiles
Good Communication and basic Computer skills
Good Mathematical and Reading skills
Ability to learn new vehicle offerings
Ability to learn Sales techniques and procedures
