Healthcare Recruiter Job Opening in Austin, Texas - A growing and dynamic Texas based healthcare organization is in need of an experienced Healthcare recruiter for their continued expansion needs. The company currently covers multiple hospital and post-acute facilities in 5 different Texas cities, as well as new markets in 2 other states. Location is flexible, preferred location in Texas.
General Responsibilities:
Develops and executes recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire quality healthcare professionals
Versed in multiple recruitment tools and methods to source and attract qualified and diverse candidates
Matches and evaluates candidate skills to client and patient needs through screening and interviewing
Completes necessary reference checks on candidate?s background and work experience
Ensures candidates meet required hiring standards
Incorporates staff retention strategies
Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
Undergraduate degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, Healthcare Administration, or other Healthcare License with recruitment experience
Superior written and communication skills
High professional standards and internal drive for results

Salary and Benefits:
Base salary Range $60,000 to $75,000 based on experience and qualifications
Bonus structure for successful recruitment efforts
