This is a field-based position that requires daily travel to the member?s place of residence. In the home, the provider will review and interpret/verify the member?s medical and social history in addition to appropriate medical screenings.
Requirements:
Current, unrestricted NP license in state of practice
National board certification in adult, family or geriatric specialties
Must have valid state driver license and automobile insurance.
Must be willing to travel in 50-mile radius.
