AGL Homes is looking for sales professionals to join our team at our Manchester home center. As one of our home consultants, you will be assisting customers through the entire home buying process. Full training is provided along with support from our staff to give you the tools you need for success. AGL Homes offers custom factory built homes, commercial structures and additions as well as pre-owned manufactured homes and home sites that are available now throughout the area. We have homes for any size family and almost any size budget. Home plans are available in Ranch, Cape Cod, Colonial, Multi-Family, Single-wide & Double-wide styles. Homes can be placed on private land or in one of our many manufactured home communities throughout the area. We offer complete land, home & construction packages as well and financing assistance. Job Duties: ? Provide visiting customers with information on models homes and available home lines to generate interest and home sales. ? Work with sales calls and internet customers to provide information and set appointments to visit model home center. ? Participate in prospecting activities (flyers, mailings, local retail displays, etc) to increase your personal traffic and leads to increase your sales. ? Work with other sales staff and service department to make sure that model homes and home center are in best, presentable condition for customers. Job Requirements: ?
