Runnells Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare is currently seeking a full-time Dietary Supervisor for our Sub-acute Care and Long term care Facility. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of prior experience in Food Services and Food Preparation in Long Term Care, and ServSafe certified is preferred.
Duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
Plans, assigns & inspects the work of Food Service Staff .
Schedules and assigns staff.
Supervises the storage & care of food and supplies.
Oversees the cleaning of the kitchen, storage, & dining areas, and equipment.
Check residents trays for consistency with specified menu and works on tray line at meal times.
Charts dietetic progress for Residents at least quarterly to meet care plan goals, as required.
Coordinates and plans food preparation activities for special events.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must have 2 years of Long Term Care experience, ServSafe certified is preferred
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to work as a team member
