Sales Trainee Job Opening in Seattle, Washington - Mckillican is one of North America?s largest wholesale distributors of architectural building products. We currently have 20 distribution sales centers across the Western US and Canada. Our Northwest locations are experiencing tremendous growth. As a result of that growth we are searching for a career-minded sales driven individual to join our team.
As a Sales Trainee you will learn our Wholesale Distribution model from the ground up. We will train you on everything from warehouse operations to how to pull orders for customers correctly. From there you will be trained on our sales desk. When you have learned the appropriate product knowledge and sales skills, we plan to graduate you to an outside salesperson. As an outside salesperson you will be able to take the knowledge you gained through the Sales Trainee program and put it to use in the field to build a territory and a rewarding career. We believe this is how we gain the best reps in the industry.
Our ideal Sales Trainee will possess the following:
Willingness to learn new products and how they are used in our industry
Ability to do warehouse work including driving forklift and pulling orders
Desire to develop a skill set that will be used for your career
Attitude of a team player. We all pitch in and get the job done.
College degree preferred but not required.
