Job Type: Full-Time, Mon-Fri
Recover Health delivers a broad array of personal care, nursing, therapies, and health-related services to over 3,000 children, adults and seniors. Our broad range of services affords individuals the opportunity to remain at home and live as independently as possible. We provide care to children, adults, and seniors ranging from those who have complex medical or personal needs that require more sophisticated or intensive interventions to those who need general daily living assistance.
The Branch Manager is to oversee the overall operation of the branch ensuring that branch procedures are performed in an effective and efficient manner. In addition, the Branch manager is expected to be available after hours as needed to provide emergency assistance to professional staff regarding client service issues. A successful Branch manager will maintain an atmosphere of collaboration, participation, and teamwork within the branch and home offices.
Branch Manager Responsibilities:
Accountable for the branch operational aspects
Demonstrate integrity, embedding our Mission in every interaction
Compliance with applicable local, state and federal requirements
Branch Accountability for Client Experiences and Outcomes
Growth and marketing
Recruitment and retention, leading and develop branch talent
Branch budget and progress to plan
Drive branch efficiencies
Build external relationships
Foster teamwork and collaboration
Champion an enterprise point of view
Ensures compliance with federal/state regulations governing home health care services through policy
Provides ongoing feedback and performance review and mentoring to employees
Reports to the Regional Manager
Specific Requirements for the Branch Manager
Baccalaureate degree
Training and experience in health service administration required
A minimum of 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related health programs required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
The ability to set priorities and have independent judgment in a high-volume environment
