Job Summary: Responsible for the day to day operations and supervision of an assisted living residence. Coordinates resident care, food service, marketing, and maintenance staff. Functions in multiple roles to include supervising, quality assurance, training and direct resident care as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Manages resident care, food service and housekeeping staff. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include: training employees, planning, assigning/directing work, appraising performance, employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Requirements: A 2 year degree and 2 to 3 years experience in a healthcare related field working as a manager.
