Outside Sales Rep (Base Salary + Commission) Job Opening in Waukesha, Wisconsin - Source and develop client relationships and referrals.
Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone calling, face to face, cold calling, email, and networking.
Develop sales plans for converting opportunities to sales using available resources.
Develop annual business plan which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, to meet or exceeding sales quota.
Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
Participate in strategic planning and work collaboratively in shared accounts with colleagues to continue to define opportunity to maximize account potential.
Create and conduct effective proposal presentations and bid responses that identify prospects problems, the effects of the problems and the solutions to their problems.
Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs
Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing.
Sell consultatively while demonstrating technical selling skills and product knowledge
Make recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions we offer based on their issues.
Answer customers? questions about products, prices or availability.
Understanding of quoting and pricing.
Gather and submit detailed information for quoting, pricing, and presentation of solutions to clients? problems.
Negotiate prices while maintaining profitable margins.
Coordinate with appropriate departments to meet deadlines and shipping of orders.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up and conversion ratios.
