Active Communications International (ACI) is seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic, motivated sales professionals for three (3) Sponsorship Sales positions. We are the industry leader in conference planning and production for a broad spectrum of industries, including healthcare, utilities, alternative energies, business strategy and more. Our U.S. office located in downtown Milwaukee, is in the process of expanding its Business Development team and we are looking for assertive, educated, money-motivated individuals to be a part of our growing and high-performing team.
You will be initially responsible for a combination of both current account management as well as new business acquisition for upcoming conferences that already run annually. New, high-demand conferences that are being developed for early/mid-2018 will allow for immediate expansion to management positions after the first 6 months. If you have experience in B2B Sales or conference sales, we should talk! Note: initial phone screening and in-person first interviews are being conducted now for our upcoming training and sales team expansion beginning in late-August.
The position will focus on every aspect of the sales process, with both initial and ongoing training being conducted with our Global Sales Manager. You would be calling on companies in the U.S. though this is not a telemarketing job. This is an inside sales and account management position where you will be interacting and building relationships with Vice Presidents, Presidents, and CEOs of multi-million dollar companies.

What We Provide:

What We?re Looking For:
Bachelor?s degree (Business preferred but not required) and/or 2+ years in B2B Conference Sponsorship Sales
Dedicated, driven individuals with a strong work ethic
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Perseverance to tackle new concepts along a steep learning curve
High motivation to succeed and grow into an expanded role
Ability to explain how a deficiency in one of the above categories won?t hinder you to succeed
