CARGO SALES REPRESENTATIVE Job Opening in los angeles, California - CARGO SALES REPRESENTATIVE Aerounion is a schedule cargo airline operating internationally between the United States, Mexico and South America. Our company's headquarters are in Mexico City, Mexico. We are the largest cargo operator between the US and Mexico. Aerounion provides top quality service in the aviation industry, maintaining long --term business relationships and thoroughly researching potential cargo markets to position our airline and develop those markets. Currently Aerounion has 6 aircraft which are strategically positioned in various locations of the Americas. Currently our LAX facility is seeking a Freight Sales agent to perform the following duties: �Maintain and expand business in the assigned area. �Negotiate agreements and resolve potential issues or problems with clients. �Assist in making , provide rate quotes, and tracing information about shipments by telephone or email in a timely matter. �Provide high standard of service to customers. �Expand existing or current customer base. �Implements customer service procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. �Create awareness of all the products and services in the area. �Control selling rates to maximize cargo revenues. �Study market conditions to foresee changes and possible threats. �Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to optimize profits and achieve customer satisfaction �Maintain sales calls and sales visits. �Assist accounting department with billing issues and the recovery of money owed to airline. �Assist to verify and inspect cargo according to dimensions, size, weight, count, and physical condition when a discrepancy arises. �Report back to senior management. �Flexible work schedule Requirements: �Must have a proven track record in airline cargo/freight forwarding sales �Independent, highly motivated and goal-driven individual who is also team-oriented �Knowledge of Microsoft office specially basic knowledge of excel �At least 2 years prior sales experience �Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree required �Great customer service skills with energetic and professional demeanor. �Must be bilingual in Spanish Our airline offers a competitive compensation package; Full-time positions are eligible for Company sponsored health benefits.
