Souplantation Restaurants - Now Hiring Catering Coordinator Job Opening in los angeles, California - Souplantation Restaurants - Now Hiring Catering Coordinator Souplantation Restaurant Now Hiring Catering Coordinator for our Arcadia location We are looking for a Hardworking, Outgoing, Friendly person to serve as a Catering Coordinator for our Company. This person will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients. Managing their time efficiently to ensure all orders are processed and delivered correctly and on-time. This individual must possess strong computer skills in order to maintain on-line orders and complete monthly reports. Fifty percent of the Coordinators time is spent in delivery and set-up of catering orders and fifty percent is dedicated to generating catering sales through marketing efforts, relationship building and strong follow-up. The marketing portion of this position is critical, potential candidates should have a passion for networking and sales building. Typical hours are Monday - Friday 9-3. Hours may vary based on the needs of the business.
