Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Kenosha, Wisconsin - The Position
We are a successful, family run company in the educational seminar industry with a proven track record of helping high school students reach their educational goals and potential. We are looking for a confident, outgoing and enthusiastic in-house sales representative with a strong history of sales success to manage our national sales leads. This position requires an individual with the ability to develop rapport quickly over the phone to effectively deliver our sales message. The majority of our warm sales leads come from across the country, so this person must be extremely comfortable with selling over the phone. This position is commission based, with the ability to realistically make $50,000+ in the first year, and well beyond thereafter.
Job Requirements
Build and maintain relationships with end-users and key decision makers
Establish territory targets as required. Meet or exceed, region sales targets to ensure achievement of the sales budget..
Identify and communicate new business and/or product enhancement opportunities.
Lead activities to capitalize on new sales and business development opportunities within the region.
As often as needed, provide updates/information and direction to the regional team regarding new developments, competitive activity, new products or any other topic that may have an impact on the regional business.
Monitor and report competitive activity within the region.
Communicate with Test Prep Seminars internal management on region activities, regional concerns and competitive activity.
Agree to and implement changes in objectives or sales-support programs resulting from current market conditions.

4+ years sales experience
Proven success in achieving sales objectives
Understands various sales strategies in order to capitalize on opportunities and competitive threats.
Able to travel occasionally to provide customer support and Sales Consultant development.
Consistent history of establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external customers, and teamwork with internal support personnel.
Strong analytical capability to understand deal profitability and problem solving.
Strong presentation skills and confidence.
