Seasonal Credit Clerk- Part-Time Job Opening in Saint Paul, Minnesota - Overview
This position is responsible for various credit and accounting support tasks
Responsibilities
Support Credit team in maintaining files and records in an orderly fashion and generating reports and spreadsheets as needed.
Assist Credit Specialist in researching and reconciling customer accounts receivable balances.
Process daily customer remittances using US Bank On-Site Electronic deposit system.
Support Pricing Specialist in researching and processing RPA transactions.
Any other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
High School diploma
Knowledge of office systems and procedures
10-key by touch
PC based Windows computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Familiarity working with automated accounting software ? AX Microsoft Dynamics experiences a plus.
Good customer service skills
Attention to detail
